HOW IT WORKS
When a prospective employee is hired, all the HR manager is responsible for is prompting an automated email to go out requesting information from the employee. The employee then enters their own pertinent payroll information and selects their desired benefits plans which are automatically updated as payroll deductions.
The same process occurs upon termination. The administrator will trigger the termination in payroll, and benefits will be notified to meet COBRA and other benefit deadlines.
